Product Description
The THERMWELL SDB36WH is an adjustable door bottom seal designed for storm doors. It mounts to the bottom rail of a storm door and provides a flexible barrier against drafts, moisture, and debris at the door threshold. The sweep adjusts to fit door bottoms ranging from 1 inch to 1.5 inches, allowing installers to dial in a consistent seal without shimming or custom cutting. The 36-inch length covers standard storm door widths and can be trimmed for narrower openings. This type of component is routinely installed by general contractors, weatherization technicians, and experienced DIYers performing door maintenance or seasonal weatherproofing work.
The SDB36WH is suited for residential storm door applications where the existing door bottom seal has worn, cracked, or separated from the door rail. It is appropriate for new storm door installations as well as retrofit replacements on older frames. The white finish coordinates with standard white storm door profiles common in residential construction. Sold in a package of 12 units, making it practical for contractors servicing multiple units or carrying stock for repeat calls.
