- Bass Restoration Processor/Maximizer
- Increases Bass Response from youSystem
- 2-channel Preamp Inputs and Outputs
- Wired Remote Bass Level Controller
- Frequency response: 10Hz to 100KHz
SWEEP selects the frequency boosted by the equalizer. This is the “centefrequency”, which can be as low as 27Hz, oas high as 63Hz. Choosing this frequency depends on youtaste in music.
WIDTH increases odecreases the bandwidth range, o“Q,” boosting frequencies neathe “centefrequency.” Narrow Q focuses on harmonics immediately surrounding the centefrequency. Wide Q unlocks harmonics all around the centefrequency.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE is the amount of boost level. Youinstincts might be to choose 10V because why not, but hold on a second… more isn’t necessarily better. In this case, more can be dangerous, potentially damaging yousubwoofers.
MAX BASS INDICATOR lights above the equalizecontrols are a visual representation of the boost level. Bright, continuous illumination indicates maximum bass enhancement levels have been reached. Remember, more isn’t necessarily better…
DASH MOUNT CONTROL included with this amplifiecan be mounted anywhere in the vehicle, but neathe driveseat is recommended. The output level of the Bass Equalizecan be controlled, as well as the amplifiers gain level.
