Reverse Osmosis is the process used to remove high concentrations of dissolved minerals and/or other toxic metals or ions. The membrane retains the solute on one side and allows the pure solvent to pass through the other side.
This is a great alternative for the Filmtec TW30-1812-24 and now-obsolete TLC-15 and TFM-24!
