Frequently asked questions
Do I need to drill or hire a plumber?
No. The PowerShot installs drill-less in three steps using your existing valve and water connection no drilling and no new plumbing, so it’s a true DIY swap.
Does it include a valve?
No. It runs off your existing mixing valve, so nothing behind the wall needs to change. If you need a new valve for a fresh installation, ask a specialist about a compatible PULSE valve.
What’s the flow rate, and can it ship to California?
It’s 1.8 GPM, which meets the stricter flow-rate rules in California, Colorado, and New York City so it ships to every state with no restrictions.
What spray modes does it have?
Three in each head: waterfall for a wide cascade, rain for a classic soak, and PowerShot for a concentrated rinse. A conveniently located diverter switches between the showerhead and the handshower.
What finishes are available?
Brushed Nickel and Chrome. Both include the curved 8 3-function showerhead, the 3-function handshower, and the diverter.
How is it shipped?
Ships free and insured, typically arriving in 710 days with tracking.
